Senior Pastors

Paul and Jill Bennetts are the founding pastors of Life Church. They have been married for 36 years and have 4 grown sons and two grandsons. Paul and Jill have a passion for the local church and its vital role in seeing the Kingdom of God expand in our world.

Executive Pastors

Paul and Kathy Cargill have been on the pastoral staff since 1992. They are currently serving as Executive Pastors. Originally from Wellington, they have lived permanently in Christchurch since 1990 where their three children were all born.

They both desire to see people find their God given purpose in life and are committed to the local church, believing the church to have the answers to the challenges we are facing in the world today.

Associate Pastors

Dave and Kerrie Crocker are Associate Pastors, in charge of the youth ministry, multimedia, IT and anything else that needs doing. They have two beautiful boys. Dave is also responsible as the Youth Advisor for New Life Churches in the South Island and is the Conference Manager for Get Smart in Christchurch.

High School Pastors

Carl and Angela began their role as High School Pastors in 2007. They love working with the high school aged youth and are looking forward to what God will do in the future. Carl has been at Life Church since his salvation a little over 12 years ago and Angela has been coming to Life Church for 15 years. We have been married for 7 years. Carl is a qualified joiner who went to Bible College two years ago and felt the call of God to work with young people full time, while Angela is currently working in advertising and passionately loves working alongside young people.
